30-day returns on unused parts. We never charge or collect a core.
Returns
- Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Start a return by emailing support@autohousesupply.com with your order number. Returns need an RMA number written on the outside of the box.
- Return freight is on the buyer unless the part was mis-shipped or does not fit the application listed on the product page — in that case we cover it under the Fitment Guarantee.
- Electronic modules that have been VIN-programmed, and parts that have been installed, painted or modified, cannot be returned.
No core charges
- We do not charge core deposits on any part, including complete engine and transmission assemblies, ABS units, modules, calipers and compressors.
- You keep your old unit. There is nothing to ship back and no deposit to reclaim — the price you see is the price you pay.
